We at the Gloversville Sewing Center feel that sewing should be an enjoyable, trouble free, experience. Towards that end, we have developed this warranty to protect your investment and provide you, the customer, with a resource to realize the full potential of your investment.

Our service guarantee supercedes the manufacturers warranty.  On all Swiss-made Bernina sewing machines, we give an exclusive Five-year protection plan.  This includes parts and labor for Five years, and Five years of unlimited free preventive maintenance. 

Brother and Bernette sewing machines carry Three years of the above coverage. 

 

Previously owned, or traded in, machines carry one year of the above coverage.

*Classes* Gloversville Sewing Center provides instruction on new machines, scheduled conveniently for you at no additional charge. All guarantees are subject to the completion of instructions because the customer who knows their machine to its full potential. This warranty is exclusive and is in addition to the manufacturers warranty. This warranty is honored only at the Gloversville Sewing center. It does not cover repairs necessitated by external causes such as abuse or acts of nature.
